Business Development Manager, Contract Logistics
YOUR ROLE
To drive YoY profitable growth through strategic new business wins aligned with the contract logistics product strategy. Owning and driving the contract logistics pipeline to achieve required levels to support the required growth. To support the contract logistics team with key customer renewals as required.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Develop a clear and straightforward sales strategy for contract logistics that aligns with the product strategy, and support required growth.
Drive YoY growth in the warehousing and transport products, in alignment with the contract logistics product team.
Support contract logistics operations team with commercial aspects of customer renewals as required.
Drive the white space process for all the contract logistics facility whitespace filling as required.
Ownership to ensure all customer proposals are market competitive and solution competitive through collaboration with the solutions design and contract logistics product teams.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers
Excellent selling and negotiations skills
