BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/Direct hire and Urgent
We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to take over existing top accounts and take
over a new international and local sales territory. To excel in this role you must have a passion to learn
new technologies and possible partnerships, be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality,
organized and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for possible business ventures in
South East Asia and Americas.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
Assist in developing goals for the Key Accounts team and business growth.
Job Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Has the capacity to understand and be trained on technical aspect of the business.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture or any engineering field.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi - task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power
Compensation 40000
Compensation Range ₱30,000 - ₱50,000
