ISSI offers Workplace Design, Project Management, Construction, Office Fit-out, Turn-Key, MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, Stuctural).
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager with Demonstrable track record in sales performance to join its expanding team to be part of its growth journey. If you are driven and tenacious, have a strong network and connections for the various players in the Commercial Real Estate value chain, and you are keen to further your career growth in a regional platform, this is the right opportunity for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for mapping out all the key players in the industry including commercial real estate agents, landlords, head of CREs & Project Managers
Has to build and maintain relationships with them and subsequently track opportunities and pipelines to ensure that the company can be part of the RFPs when the time is ripe
Be involved in the account management of the projects from tender submissions to presentation, to relationship management during the course of the project, and finally project close out
Responsible for the P&L of the projects and play a critical role in the profit maximization of the company
Bachelors Degree required (Engineering, Design or Construction Management or related is a plus)
Has at least 3-5 years of Business Development experience in Fit-Out, Design, Construction, Real-Estate or other related field.
Highly presentable and articulate
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Can demonstrate a positive mindset and tenacity as no business development role is ever too easy
Can show strong leadership to prime him/herself to assist in building a strong BD team in the near future
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
