- People Management; Manage and lead the team to the goal. Define key performance indicators and support the team to top success.
- Strategy Planning; initiative business expands to approach to the market. Innovation, 4PL Solution, Total Logistics Solutions.
- Creating and maintaining a list database of prospect clients; maintaining the database prospective client information
- Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning and forecasting maintaining short-and-long-term business development plans
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
【 Requirements 】

(2) Age: 30 - 50
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a logistics company or transportation management-related functions
- Experience in the logistics transportation business will be an advantage
- Have good presentation and communication negotiation skills
- Efficiency, time management, and organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Being enthusiastic, ambitious, confident, and professional
