About the Role:
Position: Business Development Lead (Sales-Closer)
Working Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM US Eastern Time
Salary Range: PHP 65000-PHP 80,000 (negotiable depending on skills and exp) with Commission and Incentives!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the [industry] sector, leveraging various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with professionals, including start-ups, Founders, and Executives, to understand their needs and position Catena as a valuable partner.
Sales Presentations: Present and promote Catena's services effectively to potential customers through various communication channels, including emails, calls, text blastings, and other relevant methods.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to align efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights for the development of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach in conveying Catena's value proposition.
End-to-End Sales: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Requirements
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales role, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with the ability to adapt strategies to various client needs.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in internal tools such as Notion, Hubspot, and trackers, demonstrating a strong aptitude for technology.
