If you're commercially sharp, confident in the boardroom, and ready to roll up your sleeves - this is your chance to make a real impact.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.Role OverviewResponsible for supporting Aon Japan Global Solutions (JGS) Leader in the business development and increase revenue generation for both Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS) and Human Capital Solutions (HCS) lines from Japanese corporates in the Philippines.General duties include but not restricted to the daily optimization of the sales functions, production, monitoring of metrics & management reports, and the accurate & timely reporting of the new business commercial operations.About the role:You'll work closely with senior leaders to build a strategically focused sales pipeline, engage with C-suite decision-makers, and position Aon as the insurance partner of choice across the Philippines Landscape.You'll lead growth initiatives, leverage Aon Connect tools, and bring our 3x3 strategy to life.Some of your responsibilities will include:
Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
