At least one year of experience with marketing or sales.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Willing to work onsite in Makati.
Job Description:
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with current and potential clients to ensure that they are retained.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the senior head.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Updates all contact information for clients.
Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting with necessary documents.
