What You Do
You venture out to drive new leads, close deals and form strategic partnerships for the agency.
You champion and assist in streamlining the overall strategy of the pitches, ensuring that it is robust enough to win the client's favor and close the deal. You come up with ways to improve its overall impact enough to win the pitch.
You ensure the new and onboard clients are revenue generating and have a good understanding about the overall business profitability of each account to the agency.
You maintain a good relationship with both incoming and incumbent clients of the agency.
You keep track of the closed sales and newly closed projects ensuring that scope is being delivered accurately and efficiently by the team.
You look into creative ways to further promote our Group and the work we do through social media & other channels.
You assist the Managing Director in related activities/tasks.
You oversee the digital social network of Odd Studio, Odd Cafe and Oddefy (Odd group), making sure that the social network strategy is effective in maintaining and expanding the community via the digital space.
You funnel the leads and initiate the lead generation of the rental of the spaces. You maintain the current clients and tap potentials clients of the Studio and the Cafe.
You find partnerships for the space, whether through rental, x-deals, or event collaboration. You maintain and further populate the database of the different partnerships that the space gathers over time. You find the synergies within the partnerships and see how each collaboration can help the space expand and maintain its community.
You strive in meeting the business goals of the spaces, from the rentals for the Studio to the reservations and packages of the Cafe. You also come up with a report on the community activities and the booking generated from the CM initiatives.
You come up with concepts and executions on the events that the space can have, alongside with the other partners of the space and the management.
At least 1 year relevant experience in Business Development
You are a Business Development Executive for Odd Café & Oddspace. You are a key player in the Odd Group's effort to expand the business portfolio and open new opportunities that will impact its overall sales and revenue. You champion coming up with different ways to find leads, close deals and foster new relationships that are beneficial to the Group. You are mainly responsible for achieving the company's business goals along with the Managing Director.
What You Are Good At
You are a very strong and effective communicator - both written and oral skills that will help you sell ideas to both clients, team members and a good instigator of initiative that will help the space build its community that able to develop and effectively convey complex ideas that have the power to persuade and move its audience.
You have an acute eye for detail that will equip you to effectively carry the initiatives that you will propose.
You have a strong understanding about marketing and advertising; able to develop a strong communication strategy that will answer the client's needs.
You have a pro-active attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage and lead people.
You have strong problem-solving skills, is able to work under pressure and are a good executor of events and other on-site initiatives.
You have a pleasant personality that will get along with the community and the partnerships that the space will gather over time.
You have the confidence enough to sell the space and forge partnerships within the community.
You have enthusiasm about the space and it's potential to be a collaborative space for creatives, foodies, and alike interests.
You have a strong business sense and have a deep understanding about business development that will equip you to make the sound decision in crafting the cost estimate proposal and ensuring the best possible profitability of each account.
You are good at liaising with people and has the eye to discern good potential clients that will be good partners for the agency
You oversee the strategic business expansion along with the Managing Director.
You have the creativity and experience in doing initiatives that will improve the overall business development of the company.
You have strong resilience to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
You have enthusiasm about the industry with a real desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media
