Job Description
• Implement & monitor sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage.
• Develop and enhance business relations with the customer.
• Develop new accounts and service existing customers, developers, architects, dealers, interior designers, contractors, quantity surveyors.
• Prepare presentation materials such as sample charts, catalog, company profile, project references, faqs, and technical specifications.
• Analyze and finalize the delivery schedule after confirmation of purchase order, handle and attend to customer's feedback.
• Meet individual sales targets.
• Monitor sales aging and collection.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, any field.
• At least 2 years of experience specializing in building and construction materials. Working as a sales rep/project sales for tile supplier (tile industry) is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
• Proactive, results-driven, and good business acumen.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
