BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
 
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree preferably in business administration, management, marketing, or any business-related course.
Minimum of 2 years 'working experience in business development, first hand exposure to business ecosystems and industry value chains, sales or marketing is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept with the apps in digital technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept with the apps in digital technology
Preferred competencies
Has the ability to assess and analyze business needs and market data, identify opportunities for growth and investments, identify and analyze risks and treatment, develop, and execute effective business strategies and plans
A critical and creative thinker
Working experience demonstrating effective presentation skills to pitch ideas, products, or services to clients.
Well-organized with good time management skills.
Strong people skills including negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Strong networking skills to establish, nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a team-structured work environment
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
