The successful candidate shall have the opportunity to gain experience in:
Acquisition of properties for development.
Managing feasibility studies, pertaining to the projects' legal, technical, and financial aspects.
Negotiating and closing deals.
Executing the deals' terms, in coordination with partners, government agencies, and other key players.
Business Development's corporate functions - business planning, reporting, and strategy-making.
Background in business management and/or operations, preferably in real estate.
Interest in gaining deep experience in real estate and in deal-making.
Some technical (e.g., construction) or legal background is a plus.
Comfortable with numbers, documents, and people.
Driven, detail-oriented, practical, and capable of leading various teams.
