MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Business Development Associate.
Salary Range: 18,000-21,000 per month
*Inclusive of incentives, terms and conditions apply.
General Description: Help increase the company's revenue by generating, qualifying, and converting leads to become prospects.
Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone and schedule appointments.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales and follow up calls.
Keeping up to date on all products and attending product demonstrations..
Answering customers' questions on the products.
Closing deals and meeting sales quotas.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum of 1 Year Outbound Sales Experience is a MUST
Willingness to work in shifting schedule
College level or a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Strong organizational skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong research and strategic analysis skills
Computer literacy (knowledge in Google sheets and MS is a plus)
Resides in or is willing to relocate to Cebu City
