Monster Kitchen Inc. is in need of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE.
 
Principal Duties:
In-charge for opening a specific store and documents the progress of the business
Monitors progress of the expansion project – Construction progress, Preparation for Opening
In-charge with hiring, training and development of new store personnel.
Turnovers store to the receiving Manager.
Does actual store coaching for newly hired Supervisor.
Supervises the stores for 1 month and sets up the new store’s daily task.
Receives directions from the Business Development Officer
Does Corporate Audit and Quality Management Audit for stores.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree preferably Business course graduate.
Preferably more than 1year of working experience in Managerial or Supervisory functions.
Required Skill(s): excellent communication skills and time management, organized and has initiative
