BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Tasks:
Maintains extensive knowledge on the organization's projects and product-line
Study, research, and analyze feasibility of business opportunities
Obtains relevant government permits, licenses and clearances for the project
Monitor and ensure compliance on various government standards
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of Management Accounting, Business Ad/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Previous work experience in the Real Estate/ Construction/ Project Management is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Go-getter, not easily intimidated, organized, and attentive to details.
