Job Description:
This position is responsible for assisting and leading land acquisition activities from prospecting, negotiating, and contract implementation. Also, this role entails supervision in evaluating overall feasibility of sites to sustain Alveo's landbank.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any business-related courses
Good communication skills and organization skills
Above average numerical ability
Finance and budgeting experience is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PPT
With at least 5 - year work experience, specializing in Project Development under the Real Estate industry
Preferably with supervisory experience in land acquisition
