Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the BusDev unit's activities.
Support BusDev Head and company executives in organizing various projects
Actively participate in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
Design and prepare marketing collateral (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Communicate directly with the company's stakeholders (clients, partners, employees, other 3rd parties) and encourage trusting relationships
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Education - College degree from an accredited university or college with a course in Marketing or any other related courses.
Work Experience -
- at least 6 months in a work environment, or
- strong credentials from work and/or experience in school
Skills and Competencies -
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Self-driven. Works with minimum supervision and follow-up
Strong working knowledge of productivity and creative tools such as MS Office, content and visual creation tools (i.e. Adobe Photo Shop, Cognito forms) relevant software and online applications for marketing, analytics, SEO, CRM
Very good communication and people skills
Creative, Innovative and Resourceful
Has talent and taste in designing marketing and other collateral
Pays close attention to detail and ensures high quality work
Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
