Job Description
Locate, evaluate and perform due diligence on properties for potential acquisition and project development.
Review of the ownership of the properties, potential legal issues attached to the property, and determination of the appropriate types of project that can be constructed on the properties under evaluation.
Conduct market studies for potential and ongoing projects.
Prepare financial projections to determine feasibility of potential projects.
Preparation of documents for the incorporation of new companies, and the purchase of new properties. This also includes the review of contracts for potential joint venture partnerships or management agreements.
Participate in the planning and conceptualization of projects. This includes determining the appropriate pricing, and the estimated construction and soft costs for the project.
Evaluate and monitor the sales and construction status of current projects.
Abreast in Financial Modeling
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2 - 4 years of professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong networking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
