Conduct research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
Conducting business development meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Support customers during project implementation with the regional team
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop and implement company policies and procedures
Ensure company policies and procedures align with Government Regulations
Work as a team with product, data scientist, and engineer to improve the product knowledge
Analyse and maintain operational data, documentation, invoice management, and monitoring SLA of our services
Work with support functions from the group, i.e. legal, finance, HR, etc, to carry out the daily business of the company
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a B2B business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role minimum for 2 years especially for fintech and related to the financial industry
Proven sales track record
Self-motivated and strong entrepreneurial spirit
Experience in start-up, credit bureau, and/or credit risk management is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office / Google suites
Proficiency in English
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
