JOB DESCRIPTION
Attracting new cliencts by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Working with senior team members to identtify and manage company risks that might prevent growth  
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Developing and presenting proposals customizedfor each clients specific business needs
Developing rapport with key decision makers 
Advance presentations and persuasive skills
Excellence leadership and teamwork skills 
JOB QUALIFICATION
college graduate Marketing or related field, (with Master degree) but not required
has related work experience in Business Development for 5 years to 10 years experience
