Develop and implement business development strategies that will help the company obtain financial growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Review current market trends and propose new ideas that will generate additional revenue streams for the company Build and maintain relationships with allies and partners and identify opportunities for growth Set goals and develop and implement plans for business expansion Develop new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives Find and process acquisition of properties that can be converted and operated under any of the brands of the company Find and process acquisition of corporate clients for properties being operated as co-living and co-working Create, monitor, and ensure that contracts with the lessors, lessees, and other third-party partners are updated Prepare feasibility studies for new business ventures Prepare training materials, training schedules, and systems training for the team members Formulate deal structure and pricing and support the same with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals Develop and implement overarching business development strategy, structure, and best practices across the company Generate new leads, identify, contact, and develop relationship with decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure company expansion strategies are achieved Attend Weekly Sales Meeting to maintain communication of strategies and follow through on pending tasks Attend conferences and exhibits to get leads and business opportunities Lead a team of Business Development Officers, providing direction on business development best practices Attend Weekly Meeting with the CEO Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics/KPIs
