Job Description
You will be an integral part of our Business Development Sales team, researching clients and carry out the initial due diligence. You will be responsible for the preparation of NDA's and updating our NetSuite databases with client contact details, leads, fee proposals and monthly sales reports.
You'll need to be thorough in all you do, assisting the team with drafting proposals and the completion of RFP's. Attention to detail is key as you will contribute towards updating our processes, procedures and related documentation.
You will also need to build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions throughout the sales cycle.
You'll be highly organized, with an eye for detail and know your subject matter as you will be working with the Implementation team to assist with the on-boarding of new clients.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree holder preferably BS Economic/ BS Business Administrator / BS Marketing
Background in Sales (either front or back office)
Ability to work effectively both within a team and as an individual
Excellent administrative & organisational skills
Effective document writing & computer skills (including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Prezi and NetSuite)
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Flexibility in terms of varying shifts to support the global sales front offices
