Job Summary
The Multi-Awarded Fine Filipino-Origin Chocolate brand, Auro Chocolate, is now accepting applications for the Business Development Administrator role.
The Business Development Administrator is responsible for enforcing all company policies, monitoring sales results, processing orders, acting as the main point of contact for customers, contributing to customer service, overseeing orders from start to end, liaising with Production, Warehouse and Logistics, maintaining accurate records, and acting as support for BD Executives.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist BD Executives in complying with lead generation, accreditation and order processing requirements
Oversee timely preparation and submission of client requirements
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and complete deliveries
Maintain sales and customer records
Prepare and validate weekly and monthly sales reports. Ensure data in all systems is accurate and complete
Ensure efficient operations of the department in order to meet or exceed sales targets, reporting any deviations
Update all department collaterals, including price and product lists
Establish and document business development processes and procedures
Supervise a growing team of admin assistants, giving them sufficient guidance and assistance
Other Responsibilities:
Assist business development and marketing in events
May perform other duties as necessary
Basic Relationship:
Reports detailed weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager or Managing Directors
Provide administrative support to Business Development Executives
Coordinates efficient fulfillment of orders with Production, Warehouse and Logistics
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year course
At least 2-3 years experience in business development/sales administration, customer service or accounts receivable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface at every level
Proficiency with Excel/CRM/Databases; with solid data-entry skills and accuracy in documentation
Analytical and with strong Organization skills
