Roles and responsibilities:
To analyze and document operational workflows
To translate high level objectives into measureable metrics
To drive analysis on important strategic decisions
To suggest operation improvements or automation opportunities and build proposal evaluations
To design and generate consensus and statistical forecast reports
To work with business intelligence team to strive for greater functionality in data systems
To perform quality assurance on data to minimize potential data gaps
To attend and participate in meetings and assists in the preparation of minutes and reports as may be necessary
Perform other related work that maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, statistics, computer science or a related field
Ability to work effectively with respective functional departments and synthesize input in a collaborative environment
Ability to independently analyze large data volume, to identify and interpret trends, gaps and patterns
Possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Possess strong attention to details and commitment to data quality
Basic level of MS Office and PowerPoint is required 
Intermediate to advance level of MS Excel is preferred
