KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Finance Business team as a Business Controller. You will be handling and managing the day-to-day business controlling activities of a specific business unit.
Your key focus is to strategically forecast and analyze financial information of the business unit.
What will you be doing?
Strategic planning and analyzing business activities with the management on financial matters
Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to develop revenue and expense budget, financial reports, and manage financial responsibilities
Support functional and operational area managers in business forecasting
Evaluate industry, economic, financial and market trends to forecast the organization's
Develop and implement annual unit budgets in line with global budgeting guidelines.
Are you the one?
Bachelor's degree holder in Finance/Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant, is highly desirable
Proven success in quantitative analysis and forecasting
Strong attention in following procedures and guidelines
Ability to interact with various stakeholders
High emotional intelligence
