Job Description
BUSINESS CONTROLLER
Oversee the business and financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization's economic and financial performance.
As BUNCH's Business Controller, you will be a key leader for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company for both Hong Kong and Philippines office. You will be responsible for providing technical accounting expertise, improvement of financial processes, and development of a high performing accounting team. You must be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type and should enjoy a fast-paced, innovative environment as well as the demonstrated experience growing and developing a team. Particularly important traits and skills include curiosity, intelligence, logical thinking, ability to prioritize and enthusiasm for change.
Your daily grind
Owning all of accounting and reporting, including revenue recognition, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, taxes, treasury management, budgeting, product costing, equity and consolidation.
Oversee all aspects of consolidating and financial accounting at the Company for both HK and PH, including financial procedures and controls, financial period close, and financial statement preparation and analysis.
Oversee the Company's treasury banking relationships, including cash management and investing activities
Oversee, monitor, and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources
Proactively managing the Company's cash, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting of weekly, monthly and annual cash flows

Minimum Qualifications
The Skills You'll Need
Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance.
Superior analytical skills combined with solid business judgment and communication skills.
Flexible and creative, with ability to learn new and complex concepts quickly.
Strategic perspective - ability to integrate finance, business, human resources and legal perspectives into accounting and other decision-making in the company.
Exceptional work ethic - ability to "roll up sleeves".
Modern process and tool thinking, specifically working with financial and accounting technology and automation.
What we expect you to have
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field.
Preferably with CPA license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail both in review of others work and performance of own.
Strong work ethic, positive minded, self-motivated can do professional.
Open door professional able to adapt to the team's needs on a continual basis.
6 or more years of professional experience.
