As a Business Controller, you will oversee the accuracy of revenue and cost details to boost efficiency gains cost saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, service taxes, indirect taxes, and other standards specific to a given program
• Set the path to success by boosting performance thru implementing incentive policies and programs
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members by understanding their needs, resolving issues and meeting expectations
• Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Perform variance analysis
• Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, staffing and resources
• Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful reports and analytics
Minimum Qualifications:
• Finished a Bachelor's Degree of any course
• At least 3 years of working experience in Financial Analysis, Business Finance and/or Financial Accounting; knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
• Ability to work with members of senior management
• Able to work at a flexible schedule
• Can take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
• Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
