Coordinate/Update Emergency Response plans periodically Ensure all mission critical teams in the organization have an updated and documented Business Continuity Plan across organization 5% Develop and Implement Employee Communication Protocols during Crisis and Roll Out to Other Critical Sites Ensure that we reach out to employee quickly during a crisis and ensure employee safety and accounting during and after a crisis 5% Ensure adequate level of BCP Awareness among Employees across the organization Ensure that all employees across all business functions are aware of the organization level business continuity plan 15% Conduct and manage test /simulations of BC Plans Ensure that the documented business continuity plans are realistic and work effectively during a real time situation 5% Set up a schedule for re-assessment of the plans Ensure continuous improvement of business continuity or operations recovery plans 10% Report the business recovery status of business functions to management Ensure management visibility and ongoing commitment to organization's BCP objectives 5% Provide expertise and support to management and business functional areas, as requested, when a business disruption occurs Ensure critical business functions are operational within respective acceptable emergency timelines during and after an incident Required Skills: Working knowledge of BCP standards and implementation on the lines of DRII (Disaster Recovery Institute International) Best Practices Guidelines To understand major steps part of the BCP implementation lifecycle Have been part of a Global mid- IT enabled service organization and has been key player in implementing BCMS along cross-functional operating areas for competitive performance Must have exceptional analytical and communication skills Required to communicate business continuity goals and drive action items from all levels across the organization Ability to collaborate with process owners to learn Business Operations quickly Quickly understand other Business Operations to figure out Business risks in IT enabled services industry Coordinate with the Facilities & Logistics team To implement emergency response plan. Conducted drills at Organization level and document learning's To gauge effectiveness and viability of current business continuity plans and continuous improvement of the BCMS program Develop and maintain manuals, SOPs, documentations and Training materials To ensure effective BCP awareness among all employees Certified Lead Auditor for BCMS by a reputed certification Body Self-Driven ability to take forward internal auditing, scheduling audits and training other process owners in BCMS
