Would you like to join SimCorp's growing Regulatory Center of Excellence organization as a hands-on Service Manager for SimCorp's NAIC Reporting Service and help materialize SimCorp North America's growth potential in the insurance industry?

Our core product SimCorp Dimension® gives clients a real-time overview of their entire business in one system, enabling them to make better investment decisions. We employee more than 1,500 people globally who support over 180 clients.
SimCorp's Regulatory Center of Excellence is providing a broad range of services and is now adding NAIC Reporting to its portfolio, which is why we are looking for a Service Manager who assumes responsibility for keeping SimCorp's solution up-to-date.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Be SimCorp's liaison into NAIC community incl. participation in national meetings, working groups, interested parties calls, etc.
Product manage SimCorp's NAIC solution and service
Analyze new and upcoming NAIC requirements and run impact assessments on SimCorp Dimension®
Consolidate functional enhancement request for NAIC solution and coordinate delivery with SimCorp's Offer Management
Successful implementation and maintenance of our solutions for North American clients
Engage and set the direction for the NAIC team via informal leadership in a matrix set-up
Act as central coordinator and knowledge hub lead for NAIC solution
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics/IT, Physics
5+ years of experience at a financial institution, a consultancy firm or a service provider
Ability to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and the technical implementation in SimCorp Dimension
You are a self-starter with strong communication skills and a high degree of team spirit
Ability to engage and influence others in a matrix set-up without formal leadership
Experience with NAIC Accounting and Reporting requirements
hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension is a big plus
Experience in SimCorp Dimension®, a focus on ABOR is a plus
Experience working in a globally matrixed organization is a plus
Very good English language skills
Willingness to travel nationally & internationally up to 20%
