Responsibilities:
25% Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the finance industry, current market trends and economic factors in order to maintain a competitive edge and form sales strategies
25% Collaborate with Product Planning Group to ensure development reflects industry /client direction
15% Perform all aspects of FactSet client and product support including Help Desk activities
10% Consistently execute FactSet sales strategies and initiatives during all client interactions
10% Receive formal FactSet sales training
15% Partner with sales in managing, retaining and growing shared accounts
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience required
Strong technical skills and deep FactSet product knowledge; strong PC skills
Enthusiasm, desire and a strong sense of initiative service/support for clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire confidence and maintain composure in stressful situations
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with FactSet clients
