Position Business Center Analyst
Work Base Petron Gasul Plant C5, Ugong Pasig
Qualifications Completed at least 2 years in College
Preferably with experience in data encoding
Basic Computer skills
Intermediate typing skills
Job Description To encode, scan, check and file documents received and transmit to the different AP and AR Processors
Document Scanning
Encode filename and required labels
Quality Control
Check scanned document/digital images for consistency and quality
Indexing and Storing of Documents
Arrange and store documents based on the arrangement set by the clients
Filing of documents from payment department
Receiving of paid documents from payment department provided with transmittal
Checking or sorting the content (actual documents) for every boxes forwarded by payment department
Batching the documents per Business Unit
Perforating all documents to avoid reprocessing of all paid transactions
Checking of soft copy for all forwarded paid documents
Record all paid documents using Filing Data Base
