Business Automation Specialist
, who will be responsible for developing automation in web-based programs used to automate the collection, transformation and delivery of a company's operating data. We are
looking for someone to help build integromat delivery.
Another key role is to organize, analyze, and interpret statistical information for the organization to make better decisions by identifying various facts and trends. In addition, you will manage our master data set, develop reports, and troubleshoot data issues that may arise in a more technical side, logical and executional. You are not expected to come up with a strategy, but someone who can connect using
Integromat
(Zapier a plus) and the ability to use
API's
to connect integrations.
We use
Integromat
as our primary automation tool.
A successful Associate Business Consultant should have a broad knowledge of the business and market facets, possess great problem-solving skills to provide technical solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and
possesses impeccable English communication
in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
Shift schedule
11:00 am-8:00 pm Philippine time
from Monday to Friday

-Build a lot of automation in a much more technical and efficient way
-Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
-Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports for all Departments
-Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
-Identifying and managing reporting requirements for the whole organization.
-Helping develop reports and analysis.
-Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new data systems.
-Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
-Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
-Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
-Monitor ROI and KPIs (business metrics) in CRM
Requirements

-Proven hands-on work experience as a Business Automation Specialist for the last 2-3 years
-Experience with the
Integromat
tool
is required (
Zapier is a plus
-Knowing your way around API documentation and implementation is a major plus
-Experience with
PipeDrive
CRM
is a major plus.
-Knowledge of statistics
-Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
-Familiarity with different business management software such as CRMs and ERPs
-Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
-High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing data
-Ability to work reliably for the Israeli
off hours
that you will need to work with no immediate feedback. Can take initiative and need a little direction to succeed on the job
-Attention to detail, documentation and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Strong Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
-A passion for service, pride in the quality of their work, and the instinct to follow-through until a job is properly done well
