The Business Analytics Lead aim would be to enable faster and more proactive creation of insightful analysis, as they develop detailed, in-depth understanding of operational processes across all business functions.
They will collaborate with the reporting team/s by helping with the data analysis, bringing their business knowledge, as they enable better questions of what to be asked and anticipate them faster.
The Business Analysts will bridge the gap between the ISC and operations on the ground across the Asia Pacific markets by maintaining close contact with functional and country teams
They are also to develop the BA skillset in existing reporting analysts to broaden their understanding of data from operations, enabling them to produce more in-depth insights faster.
Primary Responsibilities
Works closely with Project Managers / SMEs to deliver agreed scope through managing business analysis activities.
Manage data to ensure that reports are utilized to lead to analytical insight and data-driven business outcomes.
Adheres to technology architecture standards, technology risk management and security policies, and data management policies.
Ability to independently review reports and develop analytical recommendations and plan out actions based on insights.
Maintain and launch reports on a recurring basis, examining logic for alignment between multiple, dynamic data sources and business report requirements.
Develop and execute upon reporting or analytical needs associated with business process changes.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures and identify risks and controls within the operation.
Coach and mentor reporting analysts with the BA skillset.
