Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong business acumen. The Business Analyst will work closely with our clients to identify their business needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client's business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to optimize their business processes and operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation
- Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to clients and project stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of business process improvement techniques
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and system implementation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project assignments
