Position: Business Analyst
Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays, Flexible with 2 hours overlap Newfoundland Standard Time (GMT-3:30)
Pay Range: 800-1500 USD/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and support reporting needs for sales, account management and marketing department
Explore automation opportunities for handling data processes
Validate and ensure the accuracy of data
Interpret and generate reports, conducting in-depth data research
Proficient in handling data from diverse sources
Skill in manipulating and organizing data sets
Perform marketing analysis using collected data
Lead and opportunity attribution work
Event support on dealer lists
Sourcing and cleansing of data for cold outreach
Salesforce data quality
Periodic dealer reporting
Ad-Hoc data quality projects
Requirements
2+ proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar field
Proficiency in Salesforce with a strong understanding of reporting and dashboard functionalities
Proficient in Google Sheets for data management and analysis
Familiarity with Google Slides, preferred for presentation creation and delivery
Proficiency in Power BI
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salesforce Admin preferred
