Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Work as part of the Business Analyst team across the ongoing product Roadmap
Bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value
Wear a tester hat, creating quality test plans and cases that align with the requirements document
Keep line manager(s) updated on progress and advise them on all relevant issues
Participate in ongoing project work as determined by the Head of Product and CTO
Minimum Qualifications
A passion for software development and strong interest in the Financial Services industry
5+ years of qualified experience in a business analyst role or finance/accounting discipline
Enjoys problem solving, analytical & numerical analysis
Reputable tertiary qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Ability to communicate and work effectively within a multi-region team and global client base
Desirable Skills
Fund administration or securities markets experience
