Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with subject matter experts and project teams in gathering data migration requirements.
Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements and risks involved in the migration of data.
Analyze and map source and target application data.
Plan and execute the customer data migration process and validations.
Executes the tools involved in the migration of data
Performs migration testing of static and dynamic (transaction-based) data.
Document and communicate the data migration results with the customer and project team.
Engagement with the internal and external teams
Conduct workshops and training sessions
Adhere to best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Financial, Supply Chain, HR functional knowledge/experience
Data Migration Implementation experience
Knowledge in Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle, AWS
Confident and effective communicator
Cross-functional and self-organized (ability to collaborate well and prioritize what is needed)
Has experience working in an Agile environment
With keen attention to detail and persistent approach to quality assurance
Ability to work under pressure as part of a team as well as on own initiative
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Delivery-focused and able to work towards deadlines
Ability to adapt to new processes and learn new skills quickly
