Responsibilities
Experience dealing with customers, particularly US consumers
Ability to lead stakeholder engagements to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and give data-driven suggestions that assist businesses in enhancing processes, products, and services through digital innovation
Excellent at defining business requirements, producing in-depth business analyses, and reporting them to stakeholders.
Capable of writing user stories in the BDD/Gherkin style; experience in the Product Owner role is an advantage.
Skilled at determining and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
Able to lead workshops and training sessions.
Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology, and map it to the goals/objectives.
Carry out any additional tasks that may be required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, and the candidate must be willing to work on European or US work shifts as the project demands
The candidate must have at least five years of expertise in business analysis in an agile (Scrum) setting (including holidays, weekends if needed)
The candidate must be able to work entirely from home till further notice** and must have a reliable internet connection.
