Qualifications
2 - 3 years' experience as Business Analyst
Relevant experience in insurance or other financial services
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Agile Experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to document business requirements and functional specifications
Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives
Ability to provide technical training to end users
Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
Ability to lead a team
