Job Description
We are currently looking for a results driven and highly motivated Business Analyst (Technology) to join our technology team at a mid-senior level to support project and sprint requirements and translate them to technology requirements. The business analyst, works with the accounts and discovery team, project managers, collaborate with the stakeholders, creates user stories and documentations based on customer requirements. Business Analyst works with designers, project managers, technology head, team leaders and developers to ensure the requirements are complete, documented and translated to the expected output. The business works closely with the project managers & accounts of the organization.

You'll be helping develop small to enterprise level builds for a range of clients, bringing our in-house built designs to life - working closely with our design team, developers, stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met. Additional responsibilities will include scoping, documenting developing, testing and delivering new and existing integrations to successfully deliver a projects and deployment.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 4-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agency / E-Commerce / Software environment and as part of a team with experience of doing technical documentations. However, presenting yourself with a hard-working, willing to learn and having passion for what you do on a day to day basis is most important. Job Responsibilities
Participates in Business Process Review (BPR) to further study, define and document the clients' business functions, workflows and processes;
Consults with Project Implementing Team and personnel to identify, define and document business needs, objectives and goals, current operational procedures, input and output requirements, and levels of the systems access;
Meets and interacts with clients as needed for any of the following: software upgrade and enhancements, trainings (both onsite and via remote), change request and others;
Spearheads the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide necessary technical documentations;
Monitors, controls, tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications by writing detailed procedures for permanent records and for the purpose of training;
Prepares necessary technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing available information and trends;
Improves systems by studying current practices and trends and suggesting further modifications and enhancements on the basis of factual documents conceived during and after the system Implementation; and
Assists the Project Auditor in providing the completeness of the necessary documents, reports and analysis during Project Audit.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Technical Writing, Project Management, Communication, Business Correspondence
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage;
Willingness to travel and re-locate in the clients' premise; and
Filipino Citizen or holds a relevant residence status.
The day-to-day tasks of a business analyst vary greatly based on their industry, department, and projects. That being said, many business analysts find themselves acting and working with different groups, departments, and team members. Business analysts will hear new ideas and requests every day. They must understand when and where to act, and which requests will be most critical to the success of business end-goals. In general, they will be responsible to:
Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
