This is an operational role that requires a keen eye to detail. We are looking to open the role at the Executive level, but we are also open to applicants at the SA level as well.
Vendor Operations:
Manage the SOW approval process (Jira Queue and issuance of RMID).
Manage the creation of Purchase orders across all of CGM Technology.
Provide support to Tech Managers on drafting of contracts.
Provide helpdesk support for CGM Tech to address procurement issues.
Provide support for full execution of contracts (docusign).
Management of Purchase Orders and providing visibility to active purchase order listing as well as balances.
Request center SDC Extension ticket processing
Collaborate with procure assist to progress PO adoption for CGM Technology.
Collaborate with SGO to push new suppliers for adhere to SGP.
Collaborate with Finance for SOW funding and Coupa data maintenance.
Workforce Management:
Manage the role approval process (Jira Queue and issuance of RMID)
Adding approved roles in the resource model.
Action on changes requested by Tech Managers to the resource Model
Weekly maintenance of the Resource Model (based on weekly staff list)
