Basic Qualifications:
Work with subject matter experts and project teams in gathering data migration requirements. • Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements and risks involved in the migration of data. • Analyze and map source and target application data. • Plan and execute the customer data migration process and validations. • Executes the tools involved in the migration of data • Performs migration testing of static and dynamic (transaction-based) data. • Document and communicate the data migration results with the customer and project team. • Engagement with the internal and external teams • Conduct workshops and training sessions • Adhere to best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background with ERP system especially Financial, Supply Chain, HR - Required • Data Migration Implementation experience • Infor FSM/LawsonS3/GHR Functional experience is a plus
