PCS Wireless, LLC has an open position for a contract-to-hire Business Analyst. This person will report to the Business System Architect in the Information Technology Department. He or she will be expected to be the voice of the customer (internal business users and partners such as customers and vendors) in the design and development of technology solutions built and deployed to meet PCS' overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct design workshops with business users to define requirements for technical solutions such ERP customizations, integrations, and reports.
Document business process flows and end user instructions for back-office transactions / warehouse operations.
Draft Business Design Documents to reflect outcomes of design workshops with emphasis on solutions' business impact.
Collaborate with the Business Systems Architect and Software Engineers in the design of technical solutions.
Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) and business users prioritize ongoing tasks, projects, and future releases of deployed systems.
Assist the PMO in the execution of end user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with support personnel to determine training and documentation requirements for processes implemented by business systems.
Conduct end-user training as needed.
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
At least 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst working with ERP and WMS systems.
Solid grasp of basic Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management concepts.
Experience working in a warehouse / manufacturing environment is preferred.
BA or BS in business administration or related field.
Netsuite experience is a plus
Familiarity with Agile method and SLDC
