A Business Analyst is an individual contributor who acts as an Analytics Business Partner advising key Business Leaders within GSS.
Provides organizational expertise and analytic insights to VPs, Directors, and Business Leaders on a day to day basis
Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights - insights that are often used for decision making and strategic approach
Creates structured management reports and dashboards for monitoring and periodical evaluation of business performance
Synthesize business key trends and assess current/future business risk by performing Adhoc and Strategic analysis.
Has the ability to clearly communicate business insights, ideas, and results to both technical and non-technical teams to ensure proper utilization of analytical solutions
Requires strong database manipulation via Excel, strong analytical skills, partners & project management skills, and the ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross-functional teams.
Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
This will be an output-based role with no definite work schedule. This role may require travel, may work in a US/UK location based on the requirements of our partners.
Performs all the functions of Reports Analyst
Must-Have:
Minimum of 2 years hands-on Tableau experience
