A Business Analyst in Global Services and Solutions at RingCentral is an operations analyst who works directly with the Professional Services Department. This ensures the Professional Services business runs efficiently for the entire project lifecycle. The team covers a variety of processes including validating projects sold, change requests, and ensuring valid billing. Data Manager Analysts work to ensure the integrity of data, reduce errors and design new business processes. They work directly with Client Partners, Senior Management, Project Managers, Project Management Office, and Finance.
The ideal candidate is pro-active, has a mind for process execution, finding outages in systems, keen on details, has strong data leadership skills, and is a standout, and actively provide to the team. Successful candidates should be able to thrive under stressful seasons and situations. Since our systems are cloud-based, you must be tech-savvy and a fast learner. Validating statements of work and bookings entries
Creating, validating, and getting approval for sign-off and other workflow legal documents
Validating, modifying, and following up on missing information for project creation
Billing/Invoicing events in the CRM platforms
Cancellation tracking and management
Case management of a variety of issues
Identify issues and risks
Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
Participate in the problem resolution
Collect and document business requirements for the project and operational improvement
Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on operational improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights - insights that are often used for decision making and establish objectives and action plans.
Builds structured management reports and dashboards for supervising and periodical evaluation of business performance
Synthesize business key trends and assess current/future business risk by performing Adhoc and analysis.
Performs all the functions of Reports Analyst
Must-Have:
Requires strong database manipulation via Excel, strong analytical skills, partner & project management skills and resourcefulness to collaborate/work together with cross-functional teams.
Able to perform efficiently withstand pressure while prioritizing and balancing multiple projects or activities.
Has the ability to clearly communicate business insights, ideas, and results to both technical and non-technical teams to ensure accurate utilization of analytical solutions
Familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems, Knowledgebase systems, and Customer portals for case management.
Self-starter with the ability to handle several tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to optimally connect with both business and technical teams.
Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.
Team skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Must be willing to work on US hours.
This will be an output-based role with no definite work schedule. This role will be supporting a growing global organization with current footprints in the US/UK/Germany/France/Manila/Australia. This role may require travel, may work in the US/UK location based on the requirements of our partners.
