A Global Digital Exchange Company currently expanding operations in the Philippines is currently looking for a pioneer Business Analyst to analyze and define business requirements.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Perform analysis, defining requirements and design specification to scope business requirements, functions and processes
 Organize, conduct and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 Train and mentor project team members and participants to improve quality and completeness of specifications
 Maintain good communication with project members and stakeholders to ensure availability during activities.
Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 5 years experience in Business Analysis in a Software Development environment
 Must have critical analytical and conceptual thinking skills
 Exposure in an Agile/Scrum Development Processes
 Must have excellent documentation skills
 Must have Excellent English communication skills.
