Position Overview:

The Business Analyst will assess business processes within the Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting Customer Success organization to identify opportunities for process automation and will work with the process stakeholders to design, implement and validate the automated process.
Responsibilities:
Lead all process automation activities related to key strategic initiatives. These duties include, but are not limited to:
Deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Customer Success business processes
Work with process owners to identify and prioritize processes to be automated and/or simplified
Work with the key process stakeholders to design and document future state (automated) process flows
Work with the appropriate project managers to create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Actively mentor aspiring RPA developers within the business
Partner with vendors to build knowledge base, troubleshoot, identify best practices and future tool/capability opportunities
Key Deliverables:
Documented, deployed and maintained RPA Solutions
Current inventory and status reporting of automated processes and BOTs
Sizing and input on cost benefit analysis for automation opportunities in partnership with PMO
Input for BOT development and deployment Go / No Go decisions
Analysis to support root cause issue identification
Demonstrations and testing of automation solutions
Communications with business partners to assess, define and test automation solutions
Communications with Technology partners, Sourcing and vendors to optimize RPA solutions and costs
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field or relevant work experience
5 + years related experience including automation development
2+ years AGILE development experience
Experience in any of programming languages like C#, .NET, Java ,VBScript and Web Service Protocols
Good to have experience or familiarity with automated testing tools
Experienced with RPA tools, UiPath preferred
RPA certification desired but not required
Experience working with SAP (ERP), SFDC, Microsoft Office preferred
Familiarity with call center / customer support business processes desired
Experience in various types of testing: systems, functional, acceptance, validation, etc., and apply the needs of the user to the design and development of the solution
Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience working with a global team
Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision; be a self-starter
Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies for task and process mining
Ability to review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access) with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL experience preferred
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx preferred
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
