What role will you play?
Working closely with the business and the aligned technology delivery team, you are key to a smooth delivery of onboarding applications to our Identity Governance platform SailPoint, while meeting the required target state processes and adhering to Macquarie's policies and standards.
Your role is wide-ranging, covering engaging business stakeholders and application owners, gathering and documenting business requirements, performing business analysis on role management and identifying potential segregation of duties conflicts.
As part of a collaborative team, you will also be involved in operational responsibilities including maintaining application inventories, assessing new applications and business initiatives, coordinating with support areas to ensure all applications are included in the User Access Management plan.
What you offer
At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst gained from technical project management particularly involving system analysis and release management
Experience with Identity Governance and SailPoint IIQ as well as knowledge in role management and segregation of duties are highly advantageous
Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement and implementation through strong stakeholder management and navigating ambiguity
Operational flexibility between project management and BAU duties of the team with shifting business priorities
Highly analytical, self-motivated, engaging and collaborative with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written language skills that enable you to effectively communicate across functions, levels, offices and time zones
Fresh graduates with a passion in operational process improvement who are eager to learn are also welcome
