Overview
The Market Development, Segment Positioning Senior Analyst and Content Enablement role, will report directly into the Senior Principal lead of Global Segment Positioning and supporting the Field Development Industry Subject Matter Experts (SME's) based in EMEA, AMERs and APAC; for the development & management of scalable data packs, analytical views, tooling and content required to publish the IOATM framework, GXI (Global Interconnection Index) market positioning, industry specific decks (iPAKs), Platform & Partner solutions' catalogues and core messaging matrix, that will support the Field Development, Sales, Marketing, Partner and (Business Development) organizations across Equinix.
Responsibilities
Development of custom data views leveraging Tableau, Excel, and other common tools that provide global/regional/territory views into sectors, industries and sub-industries based on Equinix maintained datasets
Tailoring and Development of new visualizations for the data to look at grow rates, density, distribution, and focus areas.
Development of insight aggregation database to collect insights from identified external analyst reports and build a repository that users can use to build insights for defined industries
Development of tools to collect feedback from globally distributed subject matter experts for the development of SME insights.
Support the development of custom visualization, presentations, content & communications - focusing the automation of content across projects
Ability to create a narrative that creates a story based on the data and insights.
Qualifications
Good collaboration and communications skills
Focus on time delivery and ability to collaborate across teams on an iterative approach
Data Visualization including Tableau, Excel, Google Charts. Alteryx
Data Visualization scripting languages including Python, Javascript, HTML.
Development of document templates including word, google docs, PowerPoint, excel, google sheets
