Job Purpose:The main purpose of the Senior Manager, Business Analyst role is to provide strategic leadership and direction in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex projects, particularly focusing on business process optimization and system capabilities within the insurance industry. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications may be preferred for senior positions.Skills and Experience:· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on leading and executing complex projects in a corporate setting, particularly in the insurance industry.
