We're looking for a Business Analyst who wants to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about conducting business analysis and research in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help introduce these systems to organizations, including ours.
Identify problems and potential improvements in business practices and processes.
Help design, document, and maintain business standards and processes
Communicate with senior roles in our organization to find out what they hope to achieve.
Conduct research regarding various topics such as industry practices, market trends, similar products and services, competition analysis, etc.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on previous research
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new processes, technology, or strategies
Oversee the implementation of new processes, technologies, and systems
Run presentations and awareness sessions when applicable
We're looking for someone who meets the following profile:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Docs
Strong proficiency in written English
Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions and ideas
An interest in or understanding of business operations and management
